      • Just submit your bill to the administration offices with payment by check, and Access to Care will refund the amount of your discount.

Genesis Rehab Services supplies rehabilitation therapy to approximately 1,200 locations in 46 states and the District of Columbia with an additional 75 locations, where outpatient therapy is provided in the patient's home and community through the Vitality to You business line.

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. is the leading operator of senior living communities throughout the United States. Their corporate office is in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services:

Visiting Angels is the nation’s leading provider of in-home senior care. They began franchising in 1998 in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
